XCF offers personal training for every type of individual. Athletes and the barely ambulatory alike, we design and implement programming to take you beyond expectation. If you desire individualized attention to match the individual nature of your goals you should contact our personal training department.
1:1 Private Training
If you prefer to work privately with one of our trainers you can set up 1 on 1 personal trainer. Each session will involve just you and an Xplore CrossFit trainer who will design and walk you through your customized program. Every athlete has very unique needs and if you are looking to target your specific goals in the most progressive and efficient manner then 1 on 1 personal training is right for you. It goes beyond just working out and encompasses nutritional assistance, physical assessment, and lifestyle coaching.
If you want the guided attention of a personal trainer but still want to pursue fitness with your old workout partner then semi-private training is an excellent route. This can be done in 2 or 3 on 1 settings. Each athlete will still get all of the detailed components of personal training and they will also get to share the pleasure and the pain with a parter or 2. The specific goals of each athlete will still be addressed and program will accelerate the results of both athletes beyond what a group class could achieve. Semi private training mixes the energy of group classes with the precision results of private training.
Getting started with Xplore CrossFit can be done in several different ways. Everyone at Xplore CrossFit receives personal training. What we mean by that is that everyone here works under the instruction of trainers who know you and are invested in your results. Whether it is one on one training, or in a group class of ten we strive to make it a personal experience. For this to work well we need all of our athletes to have a baseline understanding and appreciation of the basic movements and tenets of our gym. To ensure this baseline we have all of our athletes go through some sort of introductory training. Everyone starts with a free one on one consultation. Here we get a chance to discuss goals and assess your abilities and possible limitations to determine the next steps. This may be personal training, or a beginner group class.

During your consultation you will sit down with a personal trainer and go in depth into your goals and reasons for pursuing a fitness based lifestyle. Motivators, habits, limiters, and your support systems are crucial elements that we want to uncover in order to create the best plan for success.

Step 2 varies from person to person. There are several different options depending on your starting place, learning style, and comfort level.
After your consultation you have the option to do your foundational training in a one on one setting. Our personal trainers will take you through the foundational movements at a pace that you feel comfortable with. They can address specific needs or limitations and make sure you feel supremely confident to take the next step whether that step is into group classes or continued personal training focusing on a specific area like gymnastics or weightlifting.

CrossFit Fundamentals: A beginner’s course in CrossFit
Xplore CrossFit runs introductory classes to allow groups of new folks to learn the foundational movements together. This is a great option for someone who learns well in a group but may be intimidated to move in the general population right out of the gate. Our fundamentals classes have a rolling sign up so you can start any time. You spend approximately 4 weeks learning the basics an then most people are ready to jump into regular group classes.
Far from the random butt kicking you see elsewhere our group classes are based on continually evolving programming moving athletes towards ever-greater levels of fitness. The group strength and conditioning classes at XCF are based on the principles of CrossFit. Every class is built around constantly varied, functional movements, performed with high intensity. The intensity is relative and everything can be scaled up or down to meet individual needs so group classes can fit just about anyone. The energy in the group class will have you consistently seeing gains as you crush previous records in the supportive and competitive space of our group classes.

If you are self motivated but lacking the experience to develop your own program we offer an excellent solution. After assessing your current abilities, limitations and lifestyle we will develop a 30 day program to get you on track to your goals. You will spend a few hours with a personal trainer who will then develop and walk you through 30 days of programming around your goals and lifestyle. We will target weaknesses, identify areas where you can get more done in less time, and guide you on the nutritional path to well balanced intake. Meet with a trainer each month to reassess and get a new program to continue challenging yourself and reaching new levels of fitness.
$270 and up/month. Variance depends on frequency of in person visits with your trainer.
Program design clients have unlimited access to group sessions.
